sãde ships within Lebanon. International shipping is not currently available — we'll announce regional expansion in due course.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery within Lebanon

Delivery typically takes 2–4 business days from dispatch, depending on your location. Beirut and surrounding areas usually receive orders within 1–2 days. Other regions may take slightly longer.

Shipping fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Cash on Delivery is available across Lebanon.

Damaged or lost orders

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected window, contact us at info@sade.me within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll make it right.
